Who I Work With

My practice is designed for adults who are used to carrying responsibility—often without space to examine its impact.

Many of my clients:

  • Feel a strong sense of obligation to family, roles, or expectations

  • Struggle to reconcile who they are with who they’ve been expected to be

  • Experience guilt or hesitation when setting boundaries or prioritizing themselves

  • Notice how intergenerational patterns continue to shape their relationships and emotional responses

  • Feel the strain of these dynamics more acutely during life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting

This work is best suited for those ready to engage in a deeper, more intentional process of change.

Specialties

I offer specialized, focused care in the following areas:

  • Trauma and unresolved early experiences

  • Pregnancy and postpartum mental health

  • Parenting and identity transitions

  • Couples therapy and relationship repair

  • Anxiety, emotional regulation, and burnout

  • Boundaries, guilt, and intergenerational family dynamics

Each area is approached with clinical precision and a clear understanding of how longstanding patterns develop and persist.

Therapeutic Techniques

My approach is structured, engaged, and insight-oriented. Sessions are active and focused.

Together, we:

  • Identify patterns shaped by family systems and early experiences

  • Develop a clearer understanding of emotional and relational responses

  • Build practical, sustainable ways of responding differently

The goal is not only symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.

Reaching out for therapy can feel unfamiliar --- especially if you weren't raised to talk about emotions or ask for help.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you start.
If this resonates with you, you're in the right place.
